Meet the Magicians Behind Troika

Every year, Troika brings together a mix of fresh faces and experienced hands, and this year has been no different. After the general meet, which you’ve probably already read about, the buzz began. Students eager to be a part of this grand journey wasted no time in filling up the organizers registration form.

This year, the response was overwhelming, with over 350 students stepping forward to be a part of Troika. It’s heartening to see such a large and diverse group of passionate individuals, each bringing their own unique energy and ideas to the table.

Soon enough, the event heads held their first meetings with their organizers, and the magic of Troika truly began. The enthusiasm in those rooms was contagious—everyone buzzing with energy and ideas. There’s something special about those initial meetings, where strangers start becoming a team, united by a shared goal.

As the days went by, I watched these bonds grow stronger. Organizers began looking up to their heads, not just as leaders but as mentors they could rely on. In return, the heads embraced their roles with care, guiding their teams with a mix of authority and warmth. It’s heartwarming to see this dynamic—the way the heads nurture their teams, almost like older siblings, and how the organizers bring their own spark to the table.

To me, they are like saplings, full of potential, slowly growing into something strong and beautiful. And as someone who gets to witness it all, it’s a joy and an honor. These are the moments that make Troika more than just a college festival—it’s a journey, a bond, and an experience that stays with you forever. 

Welcoming the organizers is always a special moment in Troika. It’s when the real work begins, and the vision starts to take shape. These young minds, full of energy and fresh ideas, bring a spark that ignites the entire journey. Their enthusiasm fills the air, turning plans into actions and possibilities into reality. With their arrival, Troika transitions from a concept to a shared mission—a mission that, day by day, grows stronger and closer to becoming something truly extraordinary.
